Package module

Request for a "package" module to set meta data for the package.

This module would define some meta data that would simplify the rest of the package script.

    root = "http://packages.wdfiles.com/local--files/package:6"
##

The 'root' is automatically used in front of file names (adding / if needed). It could also be used by default for the die package.
